Gas & Dust Analysis
Application
In cement plants, analyzers and measuring devices are crucial
in determining the gas and dust concentration at different
points throughout the manufacturing process. Our Engineers
have the expertise to access, plan and select appropriate
analyzing devices to achieve the following:
a) Process Efficiency - energy conservation
with optimized burning process control and measuring points
at the pre- calcinator and kiln inlet
b) High Quality Productivity - control
of the process conditions with constant monitoring of the
kiln operation
c) Plant Safety - monitoring of
the plant through protection of the electrostatic perecipitator
and implementing measuring points before E.P.
d) Minimize Operating Cost - early
recognition of critical situations, putting in place corrective
measures to ensure maximum usage and performance of the
plant equipments
e) Minimize Emission - emission
control and monitoring with data acquisition of the burning
process in respect to the environmental protection limit.
