Experience/ Scope of Work:
- Project Management experience in construction, steel structural / piping / pressure vessel fabrication.
- Experience in Natural Gas transmission & distribution system will be an added advantage
- Experience in using Project Management tools such as Primavera and Microsoft project
- Familiar with ASME B31.1 & B31.3 design code.
1.1) PROJECT MANAGER
Qualification:
- 5 to 10 years Project Management experience in oil & gas industry, with proven track record
- Minimum Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering
- PMP certified or equivalent
1.2) PROJECT ENGINEER
Qualification:
- 3 to 5 years working experience

- Posses Certified Safety Supervisor or Safety Coordinator
- Certified Confine Space Safety Assessor will be added advantage

1.5)QUALITY CONTROL ENGINEER
Qualification:
- Minimum 5 years working experience in the oil & gas industry
- Minimum Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Certified Welding Engineer
1.6) QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTOR
Qualification:
- 3 to 5 years working experience in the oil & gas industry
- Minimum Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Certified Welding and NDE Inspector
1.7) DOCUMENT CONTROLLER
Qualification:
- More than 5 years experience in a similar function
- Experience in construction projects, preferably in the oil & gas industry
1.8) RESIDENT TECHNICAL OFFICER
Qualification:
- More than 5 years relevant site experience
- Possess relevant qualification and registered with local authority
1.9) WSH OFFICER
Qualification:
- More than 3 years experience in a similar function
- Only registered WSHO’s need apply
1.10) SAFETY COORDINATOR
Qualification:
- More than 2 years experience in a similar function
- Possess Safety Coordinator certificate
2)ENGINEERING GROUP (To be posted in Singapore)
Experience/ Scope of Work:
- Prepare and revise project related technical documentation
- Perform detail engineering which includes design, sizing and equipment selection
- Generate detail project BQ, system sizing, datasheets, engineering documents & operating manuals
2.1)DESIGN & APPLICATION ENGINEER - ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENTATION
Qualification:
- Minimum Diploma in Electrical / Electronic / Instrumentation Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in plant engineering
- Must possess experience in low voltage, control and instrumentation system application
- Familiarization in international engineering quality codes, standards & practices (e.g. ISA, ATEX, FM, IEC, API) is essential
2.2) DESIGN & APPLICATION ENGINEER – MECHANICAL / PIPING
Qualification:
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in plant engineering
- Must possess experience in mechanical / piping design which includes load & stress calculation and material selection.
- Familiarization in international engineering codes and standards (e.g. for ASME B31.1, B31.3, B31.8, B16.5, ASME VIII) is essential.
2.3) PIPING DESIGNER / DRAUGHTPERSON
Experience / Scope of Work:
- To prepare and construct detailed engineering drawing (2D and 3D)
- To model the system drawings.
- To upkeep all engineering drawings and update all software database
Qualification:
- Minimum certificate or higher education in Drafting
- Minimum 3 years experience in 2D and 3D drafting. Must able to generate piping layout and single line diagrams.
- Experience in AUTOCAD Full Version.
- Proficient in COADE CADWORX Plant Professional.
- Familiar with international engineering quality codes, standards & practices (e.g. API, ASME, ASTM, DIN)
3) PROCUREMENT GROUP (To be posted in Singapore)
3.1) SENIOR PROCUREMENT ENGINEER
Experience / Scope of Work:
- To Perform procurement activities thus achieving project’s requirement in meeting budget, schedule and commercial terms
- To Manage Approved Vendor Lists
- To Assist tender team in sourcing activities
- To Negotiate commercial terms and conditions
Qualification:
- Possess minimal of Degree in Engineering discipline
- Possess Good Communication in English and Mandarin
- Should have minimum of 3 years in engineering procurement working environment
- Experience in dealing with oversea transaction
3.2) EXPEDITING & LOGISTIC EXECUTIVE
Experience / Scope of Work:
- To Perform expediting activities thus meeting project’s requirements
- To Ensure vendor meet the contractual schedule
- To Manage inward and outward freight
- To Prepare all shipping documents and export documents
- To Coordinate with stock keeping department
Qualification:
- Possess minimal of Diploma in relevant discipline
- Possess Good Communication in English and Mandarin
- Should have minimum of 2 years in expediting and logistic working environment
- Familiar with INCOTERMS 2000
3.3) PROCUREMENT ASSISTANT
Experience / Scope of Work:
- To Perform procurement activities thus achieving project’s requirement in meeting budget, schedule and commercial terms
- To Manage RFQ
- To Prepare and issue PO
- To Assist department leader with procurement activities
Qualification:
- Possess minimal of Diploma in Engineering discipline
- Possess Good Communication in English and Mandarin
- Should have minimum of 1 year in procurement working environment
